“I have been training with Sherry once a week for a number of years.
Sherry’s approach to training is very effective, and her expertise is invaluable. When I have an injury she has helped me address the issue and adapt the training to meet my specific needs. She is able to explain complex movemebts in a way that is easy for me to understand and visualize. I always leave our sessions feeling energized and I feel like I have made significant progress thanks to her support and expertise.
Sherry is always punctual and our sessions are engaging and enjoyable.
Overall, I found our training to be extremely beneficial. She has given me the confidence in my ability to apply her knowledge when exercising on my own.”

“My experience with Marlowe from Primal PT has been nothing but extraordinary. The knowledge and attention to detail with the techniques and skills he teaches are the best I've seen in the realm of mobility and strength. His patience with new clients is handled like a gentleman and a scholar. The dynamic of being a student under Marlowe is a breath of fresh air, the energy he radiates will want you to be a better human being. I am truly blessed to be part of the Primal PT team.”

“My wife and I have trained with Primal PT for over five years now. Prior to Primal, we had several other trainers over the years. Marlowe and Sherry have always challenged us, adapted to our physical training needs and limitations, never stopped providing variety to keep us interested and have always kept it fun. Whatever your goals and motivations, I am very confident that Primal PT will be a great fit. We’ve never had better trainers.”

“I have really enjoyed being coached by Primal PT, I come from a more traditional gym background (weights and machines) but I have loved my sessions with Primal PT, utilizing alternative methods of training, every session has been fun and challenging!”

“I have seen Primal PT a few times working out clients at a park near my house. One cold December morning, I was met with a friendly wave and hello and since then, I have been meeting with Primal PT twice a week for a workout. My goals at the beginning were to lose weight and get fit, but Primal PT quickly helped me realize that my body was trying to tell me that my range of motion needed a fine tuning. This is the level of experience I was looking for in a trainer. I recommend Primal PT for all fitness goals and those looking to get out of their comfort zone.”

“From day one I could immediately see that Primal PT’s style was firstly innovative, but also very interesting and effective. Prior to our training, I was doing ‘ok’ as a 50+ year in mostly outdoor sports. Yet I was increasingly challenged to keep up or stay injury free. In less that a year of training with Primal PT, I have not only fully recovered from my ankle, knee and back issues, I am stronger than ever before in all aspects. My main sports are x-country/alpine skiing, mountain biking and slalom skiing in the summer. I have posted many personal bests on strava this winter and have achieved a higher level in all my sports across the board. Water skiing, for example, used to be a concern with my lower back. With Primal PT’s assessment of this (and in all areas of my lifestyle), we developed a targeted program that has eliminated the issue and in large part to training with Primal PT, my skiing (at 54) is the best ever, in my recreational career.
What I have experienced with Marlowe and Sherry is that they are constantly staying up to date with the highest levels of emerging fitness and wellness programs. They keep it super fun and interesting. They are also highly adaptive to whatever the sport or lifestyle you may lead or want to address. Whether you are a golfer, play darts or an extreme athlete in the x-games, these guys have the tools and the experience to help you improve your craft and overall reach your goals.
As a witness to my progress, my son recently started training with Primal PT as well. He is a skier on a performance freestyle team in BC. The difference in his overall performance and confidence in a few months has already been notable. Goals for sports recovery and injury prevention have been an excellent tool for him as a young athlete. Also, for a young 14 year old to be inspired by a professional training coach is a tremendous investment if you can do it. We’ve really seen a difference already and he really likes it.”

“It is now approximately 18 months that I have been training with Primal PT. I have never felt better. The individualized programs created just for me have been amazing. Given my demographic (middle aged), they are built around functionality with emphasis on strength training, flexibility and balance/agility. I feel challenged each session and very well supported. I have trained at four different facilities over the past 25 years, and truly believe I have found the right fit for me.”

“I am one of those women that put things off until later and exercising is on that list of “I’ll get to it”. I’ve been following primal__pt on my instagram and I’ve been so impressed with their knowledge that I decided no time like the present. From the beginning Primal PT has worked with my goals in mind but also provided me with programs that best suited my abilities from the start. Gradually my program has increased and I can absolutely feel my flexibility and strength increasing every week. Highly, highly recommend both Sherry and Marlowe as both have experience in multiple facets of Personal Training and healthy eating. Thanks to them both.”

“I first started training with Primal PT when I thought I was going to need knee or hip surgery. After speaking with my doctor, he recommended that I do some strength training first and see what happens. Unsure how exactly to go about strengthening those areas, I contacted Primal PT.
Primal PT set me up with one of best training experiences I’ve had. After years of cardio, weightlifting and dabbling in crossfit, I assumed my strength was going to be able to handle my aging body. As it turns out, I was wrong. I had trained through my injuries and weak areas and built systems of compensation within by body. What I really needed was to read those old weaknesses.
We started a remote training program in 2020, during the covid lockdown. Primal PT set me on course doing some very basic movements and mobility drills. The lifter in me was expecting and hoping for a more intense training modality. After all, who has any time to waste?
Initially, my knees wouldn’t let me do any more than 5 squats before the pain flared up and stopped that action. Surprisingly, without me noticing, I saw the Primal PT training starting to take hold. Within 2 weeks, I was able to do 2 x 12 reps of squats.
I stuck with Primal PT. Within about 4 weeks I was hooked. The fun simple mobility and movement drills had me getting out of bed with way fewer aches and pains. In fact, my regular workouts seemed easier and the I forgot about my knees and hip. I hadn’t felt pain for a couple weeks.
Aside from strengthening my weak areas, Primal PT showed me how to get in that much needed mobility and conditioning while having fun doing it. Before Primal PT, training was just sets, reps and Personal Bests. It wasn’t fun. It was work. The Primal PT method showed me how to have fun training by introducing me to so many different ways to build mobility and strengthen movement and how to have fun with it. After almost a year, I’m stronger and faster than I was. Ever.”

“When I first trained with Primal PT, I weighed 140 lbs and was a type 2 diabetic. After less than 2 years of consistent training I have gained 14 lbs which exceeded my expectations. My family and friends have all noticed that I am happier and evergetic and best of all I found out from my Endocrinologist that I am no longer type 2 diabetic.”
